It was recombined as Marginifera aagardi by Buddington and Chapin (1929); it was recombined as Productus (Linoproductus) aagardi by Reed (1944); it was recombined as Linoproductus aagardi by Kashirtsev (1959); it was recombined as Anidanthus aagardi by Lee and Gu (1980) and Bogoslovskaya et al. (1982); it was recombined as Megousia aagardi by Pavlova et al. (1991) and Kalashnikov (1993).
