Novaculapermia boydi
Taxonomy
Novaculapermia boydi was named by McRoberts and Newell (1997). Its type specimen is USNM 487771, a valve (Left valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM702, Split Tank, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Cathedral Mountain Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Novaculapermia.
