Denguiria azzouzorum

Taxonomy
Denguiria azzouzorum was named by Boyd and Newell (1979). Its type specimen is USNM 264364, a valve (Right valve), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Locality E27, Merbah el Oussif East, Djebel Tebaga, which is in a Wordian marine shale/sandstone in the Middle Shaly Facies Formation of Tunisia.
