Intratubospongia osiensis
Taxonomy
Cystiphyllum osiense was named by de Gregorio (1930). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sosio Limestone near Palazzo Adriano (de Gregorio coll), which is in a Wordian carbonate limestone in Italy.
It was recombined as Virgula osiensis by Termier and Termier (1977); it was recombined as Intratubospongia osiensis by Rigby and Senowbari-Daryan (1996).
