Intratubospongia obscura

Taxonomy
Intratubospongia obscura was named by Rigby and Senowbari-Daryan (1996). Its type specimen is USNM 480305 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Stehli 1970 spot locality DJT-27, Merbah el Oussif, Djebel Tebaga, which is in a Capitanian marine horizon in the Middle Shaly Facies Formation of Tunisia.
