Delaria westexensis
Taxonomy
Delaria westexensis was named by Brezinski (1992). Its type specimen is USNM 447549, a pygidium, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USNM721j, Hess Canyon, Glass Mountains, which is in a Roadian slope limestone in the Road Canyon Formation of Texas.
