Kathwaia capitorosa
Taxonomy
Kathwaia capitorosa was named by Grant (1966). Its type specimen is USNM 145320, an exoskeleton, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Kathwai-Kushab Road (5.5 miles S of Kathwai), Salt Range, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine shale/limestone in the Wargal Formation of Pakistan. It is the type species of Kathwaia.
