Hesperiella permianus
Taxonomy
Hesperiella permianus was named by Batten (1989). Its type specimen is USNM 431570 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USNM703a, Old Word Ranch, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Road Canyon Formation of Texas.
