Hercoglossa mcglameryae
Taxonomy
Hercoglossa mcglameryae was named by Miller and Thompson (1933). Its type specimen is Alabama Mus. Nat. Hist. (unknown number), a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lowndes County, which is in a Danian deep subtidal ramp packstone in the Clayton Formation of Alabama.
