Arctitreta bapensis
Taxonomy
Arctitreta bapensis was named by Waterhouse and Ranga Rao (1989) [Type at Oil and Gas Commission, Dehra Dun (India)]. Its type specimen is OGC F2, a valve (Dorsal valve), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Bap, western Rajasthan, which is in a Sakmarian marine siliciclastic in the Bap Formation of India.
