Nisalarinia nisalensis

Taxonomy
Rugaria nisalensis was named by Waterhouse (1978). Its type specimen is UQF 68841, a valve (Decorticated ventral valve), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is W1275, Section 13, Popagaon, Karnali, which is in a Changhsingian marine siliciclastic in the Senja Formation of Nepal.

It was recombined as Nisalarinia nisalensis by Waterhouse (2004).
