Arionthia polypleura

Rhynchonellata - Spiriferinida - Pennospiriferinidae

Taxonomy
Spiriferina polypleurus was named by Girty (1908) [Spiriferina hilli var. polypleurus]. Its type specimen is USNM 118606, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Arionthia polypleura by Cooper and Grant (1976) and Tazawa (2016).
