Dielasma fabiforme
Taxonomy
Dielasma fabiforme was named by Cooper and Grant (1976). Its type specimen is USNM 153317a, a shell (Articulated shell), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USNM760, Washakie Reservoir, which is in a Wuchiapingian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Park City Formation of Wyoming.
