Taxonomy
Kolymia anaticula was named by Astaf'yeva (1988). Its type specimen is PIN 4150/30, a valve (Left valve), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Kuobakhchan River, Lower Boguchan Formation, Northern Orulgan, which is in a Wordian marine siliciclastic in the Boguchan Formation of the Russian Federation.
