Platycancrinella grandauris

Taxonomy
Platycancrinella grandauris was named by Waterhouse (1983). Its type specimen is UQF 73620, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UQ L4794, Manang District, which is in a Changhsingian marine siliciclastic in the Senja Formation of Nepal. It is the type species of Platycancrinella.

It was recombined as Cancrinella grandauris by Williams et al. (2000).
