Marginifera magniplicata
Taxonomy
Productus magniplicatus was named by Huang (1932) [Productus (Marginifera) magniplicatus]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kaochien, Locality 1349, Wengan-hsien, which is in a Wuchiapingian carbonate limestone in China.
It was recombined as Spinomarginifera magniplicata by Stepanov et al. (1969); it was recombined as Liosotella magniplicata by Liao (1980); it was recombined as Marginifera magniplicata by Yang et al. (1977), Licharew and Kotlyar (1978) and Sremac (1986).
