Taxonomy
Tribrachiocrinus granulatus was named by Etheridge (1892). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Banks of Minumurra River, near Jamberoo, which is in a Wordian coastal sandstone in the Gerringong Formation of Australia.

It was recombined as Tribrachyocrinus granulatus by Webster and Jell (1999).
