Arganodus dorotheae

Taxonomy
Ceratodus dorotheae was named by Case (1921). Its type specimen is UMMP 7324, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Head of Holmes Creek, which is in a Carnian/Norian channel lag claystone in the Tecovas Formation of Texas.

It was recombined as Arganodus dorotheae by Martin (1979), Martin (1982), Murry (1989) and Schultze (2004).
