Quadratonucula australiensis

Taxonomy
Quadratonucula australiensis was named by Dickins (1963). Its type specimen is CPC 3863, a valve (Right valve internal mold), and it is a mold. Its type locality is BMR IR20, Carynginia Gully, Irwin River Area, which is in a Sakmarian coastal siliciclastic in the Fossil Cliff Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Quadratonucula.
