Myofossa subarbitrata

Bivalvia - Sanguinolitidae

Taxonomy
Myonia subarbitrata was named by Dickins (1963). Its type specimen is CPC 3885, a valve (Left valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is BMR KNuA1, Paraside Homestead, which is in a Sakmarian coastal siliciclastic in the Poole Formation of Australia.

It was recombined as Myonia (Myonia) subarbitrata by Muromtseva and Guskov (1984); it was recombined as Myofossa (Myofossa) subarbitrata by Morris et al. (1991); it was recombined as Myofossa subarbitrata by Manankov (2004) and Biakov (2019).
