Juxathyris guizhouensis
Taxonomy
Araxathyris guizhouensis was named by Liao (1980). Its type specimen is NIGP 43785 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jiaozishan Section Bed 16 (AJ-35,34,33), Anshun County, which is in a Wuchiapingian carbonate limestone in China.
It was recombined as Spirigerella guizhouensis by Xu and Grant (1996); it was recombined as Juxathyris guizhouensis by Shen et al. (2004), Shen and Zhang (2008), Shen and Clapham (2009) and Xu et al. (2019).
