Permasyrinx procera
Taxonomy
Subansiria procera was named by Armstrong (1970). Its type specimen is UQ F12607, a shell (Almost complete internal mold), and it is a mold. Its type locality is UQ L490, Fossil Ridge, Cracow Station, which is in an Artinskian coastal siliciclastic in the Buffel Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Permasyrinx procera by Waterhouse (1987).
