Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
J. D. Gardner 2003Published drawings of the crushed and incomplete topotypic skull of A. jepseni indicate the species differs from its extant congeners in having a relatively shorter and broader snout, a relatively shorter maxilla and vomer, with both bones having a correspondingly shorter tooth row, and, evidently, a relatively broader parasphenoid.
