Biloclymenia was named by Schindewolf (1923) [Sepkoski's age data: D Fame-m]. It is not extant.

It was assigned to Miroclymeniidae by Bogoslovsky (1981); to Clymeniida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Biloclymeniidae by Korn (2006).
