Alternifenestella cervoidea

Taxonomy
Cervella cervoidea was named by Chronic (1949). Its type specimen is AMNH 26975/2:1 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is AMNH298, Bed 54, Pasaje-Picchu Section 8, which is in an Asselian/Sakmarian marine limestone in Peru.

It was recombined as Alternifenestella (Cervella) cervoidea by Sakagami (1995); it was recombined as Alternifenestella cervoidea by Sakagami (2004).
