Microstaurella minima
Taxonomy
Microstaurella minima was named by Rigby et al. (2007). Its type specimen is GUMO 8142 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GUMO GEO 00020 Hill 4415, Guadalupe Mountains, which is in a Capitanian slope wackestone/mudstone in the Bell Canyon Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Microstaurella.
