Taxonomy
Terrakea dickinsi was named by Dear (1971). Its type specimen is GSQ F11710 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSQ D21, Oaky Creek, Homevale, which is in an Artinskian coastal sandstone in the Tiverton Formation of Australia.
