J. Kříž 2005Small ambonychiid with equivalved, inequilateral, prosogyrate umbones in terminal position, lacking anterior lobe and posterior wing, prosocline, and moderately inflated. Outer and inner surface sculpture formed of prominent wide radial ribs (9–13), flat and convex. Radial gutters relatively narrow. Radial ribs broaden ventrally more than radial gutters. Growth sculptures not developed or presented as shallow growth bands and furrows spaced irregularly. Hinge line straight, short. Low triangular area developed posterior to umbo. Anterior to umbo a relatively small, long, triangular anterior face is developed; byssal gape not discernible.
