Dimetrodon teutonis
Taxonomy
Dimetrodon teutonis was named by Berman et al. (2001). Its type specimen is MNG 10598, a set of vertebrae, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bromacker Quarry (upper level of Tambach sandstone), which is in an Artinskian fluvial-lacustrine sandstone in the Tambach Formation of Germany.
