Taxonomy
Paradimorphoceras was named by Ruzhencev (1947) [Sepkoski's age data: C Vise-u Sepkoski's reference number: 2,302]. It is not extant. Its type is Goniatites looneyi.

It was assigned to Goniatitida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Glyphiolobinae by Korn (2006) and Furnish et al. (2009).
