Ectocynodon ordinatus

Taxonomy
Ectocynodon ordinatus was named by Cope (1878). Its type specimen is AMNH 4342, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. It is the type species of Ectocynodon.

It was recombined as Pariotichus ordinatus by Hay (1902); it was considered a nomen dubium by Case (1911); it was considered a nomen oblitum by Heaton (1979).
