Haopterus gracilis
Taxonomy
Haopterus gracilis was named by Wang and Lü (2001). Its type specimen is IVPP V11726, a skeleton (Nearly complete skeleton), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Sihetun, locality 1, which is in a Barremian/Aptian lacustrine horizon in the Yixian Formation of China.
