Taxonomy
Cyathomorpha hilli was named by Vaughan (1919). Its type locality is Willoughby Bay, which is in a Chattian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Antigua Formation of Antigua and Barbuda.
It was recombined as Agathiphyllia hilli by Frost and Langenheim (1974) and López-Pérez (2005).
