Taxonomy
Miklukhoceras was named by Pavlov (1967) [Sepkoski's age data: P Leon Sepkoski's reference number: 1251]. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Miklukhoceratinae.

It was assigned to Prolecanitida by Sepkoski (2002); to Miklukhoceratinae by Leonova (1989) and Korn (2006); and to Propinacoceratinae by Furnish et al. (2009) and Zhou (2017).
