Taxonomy
Miklukhoceras was named by Pavlov (1967) [Sepkoski's age data: P Leon Sepkoski's reference number: 1251]. It is not extant. Its type is Miklukhoceras pamiricum.

It was assigned to Prolecanitida by Sepkoski (2002); to Propinacoceratinae by Furnish et al. (2009) and Zhou (2017); and to Miklukhoceratinae by Leonova (1989), Leonova (2002), Korn (2006) and Leonova (2019).
