Euparkeria capensis
Taxonomy
Euparkeria capensis was named by Broom (1913). Its type specimen is SAM 5867, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Euparkeria site, Aliwal North, which is in an Anisian dry floodplain sandstone in the Burgersdorp Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Euparkeria.
