Ulemosaurus gigas

Taxonomy
Deuterosaurus gigas was named by Efremov (1954). Its type specimen is PIN 1955/5, a tooth (left front tooth of maxilla), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Klyuchevskiy Rudnik-2, PIN 1954, 1955, which is in an Urzhumian/Severodvinian terrestrial horizon in the Russian Federation.

It was recombined as Moschops gigas by Tchudinov (1983); it was recombined as Ulemosaurus gigas by Ivakhnenko et al. (1997), Ivakhnenko (2003) and Ivakhnenko (2008).
