It was assigned to Scelionini by Ashmead (1893); to Calliscelionini by Masner (1976); to Scelionidae by Cockerell (1921), Szabó and Oehlke (1986), Carpenter (1992) and Johnson et al. (2008); and to Scelioninae by Johnson (1992) and Talamas and Buffington (2015).
