Saurodektes rogersorum

Taxonomy
Saurodectes rogersorum was named by Modesto et al. (2003). Its type specimen is BP/1/6025, a partial skull ((incl. few postcrania)), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Manhaar Hill, which is in an Induan fluvial mudstone in the Balfour Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Saurodektes.

It was recombined as Saurodektes rogersorum by Modesto et al. (2004).
