Taxonomy
Pseudocoenia baltovensis was named by Roniewicz (1966). Its type locality is Baltow I, N Holy Cross Mountains, Coral Limestone, which is in an Oxfordian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in Poland.

It was recombined as Adelocoenia baltovensis by Lathuilière et al. (2020).
