Basslerella obesa

Taxonomy
Basslerella obesa was named by Kellett (1935). Its type specimen is USNM 90124, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 6 miles S by SW of Topeka, which is in a Gzhelian carbonate limestone in the Wakarusa Formation of Kansas.
