Aotus dindensis

Taxonomy
Aotus dindensis was named by Setoguchi and Rosenberger (1987). Its type specimen is IGM-KU 8601, a partial skull (left hemimandible with right I1-leftM3 and a left maxillary fragment preserving roots of P3-M2 and the lingual half of M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is El Dinde Locality 9-86-A, which is in a Laventan terrestrial horizon in the Villavieja Formation of Colombia.

It was synonymized subjectively with Mohanamico hershkovitzi by Kay (1989).
