Taxonomy
Cyclolites cereviciana was named by Pratz (1910). Its type locality is Cerevic, Fruska Gora Mountains, which is in a Campanian shallow subtidal marl/limestone in Serbia and Montenegro.

It was recombined as Cunnolites cereviciana by Kiessling (2008).
