Taxonomy
Pseudoflemingites was named by Spath (1930) [Sepkoski's age data: Tr Nm Sepkoski's reference number: 302]. It is not extant. Its type is Pseudoflemingites timorensis.

It was assigned to Flemingitinae by Tozer (1981); to Ceratitida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Flemingitidae by Spath (1934), Brühwiler and Bucher (2012), Đaković (2017) and Đaković et al. (2022).
