Aviculopecten caodigouensis
Taxonomy
Aviculopecten caodigouensis was named by Lu (1986). Its type specimen is Y1649, a valve (Left valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Caodigou Section, 74VPVF10-1, Buha Valley, Tianjun District, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine horizon in the Caodigou Formation of China.
