Melongena propatulus
Taxonomy
Melongena propatulus was named by Anderson (1929). Its type specimen is CAS 4632, a partial shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS Loc. 267 (horizon R), Tubará Mtn [Tubará Fm], which is in a Pliocene marine siliciclastic in the Tubará Formation of Colombia.
