Prodentalium belcheri
Taxonomy
Prodentalium belcheri was named by Nassichuk and Hodgkinson (1976). Its type specimen is GSC 13777, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 26406, Lyall River, Grinnell Peninsula, Devon Island, which is in a Roadian offshore shelf sandstone/limestone in the Assistance Formation of Canada.
