Rioceras lobatum
Taxonomy
Rioceras lobatum was named by Flower (1964). Its type specimen is NMBM 863, a partial shell (partial phragmocone), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Cooks Range (1st piloceroid zone), which is in a Demingian shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Victorio Formation of New Mexico.
