Sphaerocypraea negritensis

Taxonomy
Ovula negritensis was named by Olsson (1928). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Negritos [Saman Conglomerate, Saman Fm], which is in an Eocene coastal conglomerate in the Saman Formation of Peru.

It was recombined as Amphiperas negritensis by Olsson (1930); it was recombined as Sphaerocypraea negritensis by Hendy et al. (2008).
