Valhalloceras floweri

Taxonomy
Valhalloceras floweri was named by Evans and King (1990). It is not extant. Its type specimen is PMO NF2276, 2285 (complementary fragments of the same specimen), a shell. Its type locality is North Ny Friesland, between Lundehuken and Papegøyneset, which is in an Arenigian carbonate lime mudstone/grainstone in the Valhallfonna Formation of Svalbard and Jan Mayen. It is the type species of Valhalloceras.
